O Encontro Anual da Sociedade Internacional de Contin\u00eancia re\u00fane profissionais de sa\u00fade de todo o mundo empenhados em promover os cuidados na \u00e1rea da contin\u00eancia. O evento constitui uma importante plataforma para a partilha de conhecimentos, a explora\u00e7\u00e3o de tend\u00eancias emergentes e o estabelecimento de liga\u00e7\u00f5es significativas no seio da comunidade global dedicada \u00e0 contin\u00eancia.<\/p>\n
