Il explique comment le projet se concentre sur le traitement des femmes qui ont subi des blessures lors de l'accouchement et qui souffrent d'incontinence. Dans de nombreux cas, lorsque le canal d\u00e9chir\u00e9 est r\u00e9par\u00e9 chirurgicalement, le muscle se cicatrise et perd sa fonction.
