The event was a valuable opportunity to engage with founders, researchers and investors working across the health innovation ecosystem. Demonstrating the AMELIE concept through visual materials, an animation, and physical elements of the technology helped spark interesting conversations.

One key takeaway was the importance of clearly positioning AMELIE within the women’s health and maternal care innovation landscape, particularly addressing challenges that can arise after childbirth, such as pelvic floor damage and faecal incontinence. The discussions also provided useful insights into how health-focused investors evaluate early-stage medical innovations, highlighting the importance of clearly articulating the value proposition, development pathway, and future milestones. A very useful learning experience for the team and an encouraging step as we continue developing AMELIE.

[48
post-31717","event-or-workshop","type-event-or-workshop","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-event
["GET
